Birthday gift for my daughter gone all wrong. Will never trust Takealot again

Absolute ********** service, purchased a gift for my daughter's birthday and could have bought from somewhere else, but because they promised delivery on the 17th, no call to let me know it will be delayed, tracking still shows delivery to be on the 17th. Spoke to Takealot consultants through the day and they promised to get back to me none have... such a huge disappointment 😞
