Biggest regret
I ordered a phone off the website only to receive a Nivea shower gel. Prior to this I contacted them because I could see any progress with my order. I've logged a query and now received an email stating the order will be collected by 5PM on Monday 23rd September and it will be investigated. I honestly regret using takealot, I need this phone ASAP for work purposes. And now this.
