Bicycle return

I actually give takealot zero rating. The sell broken things ans when you returned they get lost in the warehouse our ****** by drivers. It's a big ****. We bought a bicycle in Auugust 2024 it was collected in September for exchange. Till date there is no replacement no refund even after months of calling. No response from takealot everytime we call they always tell us that they are investing. After calling and and doing follow up emails, now the consultant by the name Derelle told that the query is over a year and they cannot track the return.
