Biase Reviews

They do not allow you to review a product negatively. I ordered a product in pink the product that came was orange (my least favourite colour) no return allowed. and another product (doggy bowl) not one of my 3 dogs would eat out of it. now you would think it would be helpful to others if you advised them that the dogs don't like the bowl. the review was rejected because they said not product related. how is it not product related - the pets rejected the bowl because of the layout of the bowl. that is product related. it has left me feeling like you simply cannot trust the takealot reviews because they are biase - you cannot give a honest review without it being rejected and not posted. these are just two reviews that were rejected of a few. I note though if you rate it 5 star they don't even read it but publish straight away. maybe i should put the less liked as a 5 star and then write my honest review for those that care to read.
