If i could give ZERO stars i would. I logged a return a month ago, which got declined yet they still came to fetch my accessories even though the return was declined. I have been phoning them on a daily with regards to the return of both my items but the consultants keep making me run around in circles. I would have never initiated a return had i known how ******* customer care is at Takealot.
