Beyond shocking service from Takealot.com

I had a delivery due for Saturday, no one calls and the next thing is an update to say that the driver ‘could not find the address.’ Absolute hogwash! Delivery is then rescheduled for Sunday and yet again no delivery all i got was an update to say driver could not deliver - reason recipient no available - Strange considered i was at home the entire day, only to find after 2 hours of calling the call centre which is a ‘teeth pulling exercise at best’ That the driver was at the wrong address. Spend most on Monday trying to get someone to resolve but all you get vague emails stating the obvious and pushed from one call centre to another.....
