Beyond frustrating Part 2

So my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 11th of February, was lost in transit. Delivery was rescheduled for the 13th. No parcel. At 8h15 delivery is rescheduled for the 15th. At 9h23 I am advised that this " incorrect scheduling, parcel not yet received" At 07h17 advised that it is rescheduled for the 17th. I have requested that it be delivered on the 18th when the Gardner will be there, but I am not holding my breath.
