Beyond bad service

I've ordered the same item twice now and both times i get a message that it was sent to wrong couriers which is followed by status saying "delivered" then the return process is instigated the order canceled and I'm credited the money .... 2nd time there was a price change so this is a **** cos they've delivered to my address before. Speaking to their call center agents or social media admin is pointless cos nothing ever gets sorted.
