BEWARE WHEN BUYING BOOKS FROM TAKEALOT!
Beware when buying books from Takealot!<br> <br> If you want a physical book, place the order and they discover that they do not have stock, they will convert your order into an E-book! And then tell you that you placed an order for an e-book.<br> <br> And even though the law says that you may return anything in its original state and receive a refund, Takealot refuses to do this!<br> <br> Luke Cloete at the call centre refuses to assist me and refuses to refund me for an e-book I do not want., Cannot and have not used.<br> <br> Please help! What can I do?
