Beware, they never notify you when they cancel your order!!!!!

This has happened before! You order something, and an estimated delivery/collection is provided. You remember a week or so after the given date, that you haven't received the item. Log in only to discover that Takelaot have cancelled the order. No email, no notification, no reason....! This is just a ridiculous business practice. Fix this problem please, and refund me my purchase amount. Waiting for a product that is never going to arrive, and wasted over a week when I could have purchased elsewhere....
