Beware Takealot - no delivery

The game - Mario Odyssey which I purchased for my son’s birthday tomorrow has not arrived. Delivery was for the 07/12 then 08/12 and still no delivery or notification. When I called today I was told there is a backlog and delivery is now for the 11/12. Customer service’s response - it’s unfortunate but there is nothing we can do???!!!! Won’t be buying from ripoffalot again.
