BEWARE TAKEALOT DUPLICITY

Faltering in the face of stiff competition, especially from Amazon, Takealot offers something called "TakealotMORE", ostensibly with free same day/next day deliveries.

But its promises are not true - and are so camouflaged in undisclosed dishonest & duplicitous caveats as to have next to no value at all. And at high costs serving mysterious places called "City Centres" (undisclosed "cities"), TakealotMORE excludes the most needy rural areas of South Africa that rely on delivery services exclusively.

Adding yet more insult to injury, TakealotMORE victims are still charged full delivery costs. This effectively means clients are misled into paying high fees for a service that does not exist.

As for Takealot "Help Centre"? Emails & Direct Messages are simply ignored, no one will speak to you &, as is the pattern everywhere, in SA AI chatbots are utterly useless. Thus the frustration at being ********** is, sadly, left unresolved.
