They forced a refund on me, having said they were out of stock and then days later advertised exactly the same unit for R2000 more. The unit is critical to me because of my dependence on a medical machine that it powered. They ignored every correspondence that I sent when I requested the return of the semi functioning unit, as my health depended on it and I was unable to locate one from the distributor. I today had to get a replacement from them for R2000 more.
