Beware of Theft from Takealot.com

I made an order for a tripod and 2 days later I got a tablet cover. I reported it immediately and took photos etc, it took them a week and a half just to come fetch it.

When they fetched it they told me they first have to investigate before I get my refund. 2 days later I got a message to say they are processing my refund minus the delivery of R60. There mess up and I am the one that's paying for it, this goes against everything the consumer law mentioned about fair practice.

I am appalled and will make sure this does the rounds, Blatant theft and disregard for client service.
