Beware of Takealot's 'hasslefree' returns/refunds

I have had several good experiences with Takelot.But my latest endeavour leaves me quite negative.I returned 2 lamps after the refund request was approved.I received one refund and the return was concluded.After several emails from me to get the refund for the second lamp I was answered via email that the refund will be showing soon. That was 10 days ago.Emailed again...now they want to collect the second lamp returned with the other?I
