Beware of Takealot

I ordered a small training belt more than three weeks ago. When the belt arrived it was a medium sized belt. Entered into a procedure of e mails to return the belt and have it replaced with the correct size. The replacement belt arrived and it was still the wrong size. By now more than two weeks have passed. Entered into the same e mail procedure and informed Takealot that I would like a refund as the time had passed and we no longer needed the belt. I returned the belt yesterday 13 March for the refund. This evening 14 March I receive two mail messages that the order has been processed and the belt will be delivered approximately 20 March.

Takealot are devious and will do anything not to refund a customer. I find this whole saga to be sloppy and unprofessional. Beware when dealing with Takealot when things go wrong.
