Beware of takealot and their drivers!

I ordered a TV from takealot which was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Then on a Friday around 2.30pm, I get a text saying my item is out for delivery and that I should expect it before 5pm. When I try to track it, it showed that it's been delivered but it was not delivered. After countless times trying to reach out to the takealot team, I couldn't get help. The driver eventually made the deliver a few days later, he didn't call to say his on the way nor call to say he is outside......the most annoying thing is that, when he got to the gate he gave the package to the 1st person he could find outside to bring my package in the house. So at this point what if the person he gave to was a **** or someone who was going to run away with the package, because in his report he will still say delivered but the package never reached the house. The experience was very bad, the driver was just unprofessional and no communication.
