Beware of ordering on Takealot.com

After ordering and paying for a domestic appliance item on Takealot.com, I received notification of delivery in 3 weeks. 2 Weeks down the line I get an email that they cant source stock for the item and thereby cancel my order. What sort of shoddy service is that?
