Beware of delivery times

Unable to keep to their own delivery SMS notifications on when a parcel is to be delivered. Moreover they will reschedule and then falsely claim on their tracking area of the app the customer requested this, this after waiting for them to arrive on the day, only to find out it was for nothing.
