Beware of Collection Fee at Takealot

I notice that Takealot have started charging a collection fee. Why? I understand a delivery fee of R75.00 for orders under a certain value but why charge a your customer who is spending their own time and petrol money to drive to your outlet R35.00 for the privilege? It's as ludicrous as Woolworth or any other retailer charging you an extra R35.00 every time you choose to shop with them. I think it is a very bad business practice.
