Beware of being sold secondhand items from Takealot

Well done Takealot... fooling me twice by selling me the same USED milk frother for the second time after making the mistake of asking for an exchange the first time round. Box opened, seal broken and plug cutoff and changed, very disappointing and deceiving by attempting to sell me second hand stuff under the pretense of new, TWICE, and a third trip to return the product because you only accept returns 12hrs+ after collection??? I'll be avoiding Takealot from hereon out.
