BEWARE! Ancient, branded cell phone for rip-off price! No return yet!!!

I ordered a whole load of items from Takealot including 2 cell phones which were delivered on the 21st July 2020. I requested the return of one of the phones on the 24th July 2020. The phone is a 2014 Samsung model and costs R3499.00?? For a six year old phone, its ridiculous! Plus the latest version of Android it will accept is 5.02 ? Android is already on version 10! On top of that the phone is a branded phone by Vodacom. This also cannot be removed and I do not want a Vodacom phone. I have never had an account with Vodacom. I received an email on the 1st August to say that the item has been sent for Evaluation at the warehouse. I still haven't received my money back! I even requested that the money stay at Takealot and not be paid back into my credit card because I intended to order more goods. I am definitely rethinking that option. I have also never returned any item to Takealot previously and I have spent a LOT of money on their website over the years. This is ludicrous. Be careful of the ancient technology for sale on their website!
