Better hope your parcel doesn't get "lost"

Parcel lost in transit? Good luck getting a replacement or even someone to talk to who actually cares. They used to be my go-to online store and have fast become the one to avoid. Bigger does not equal better. Its been 5 days and I still have no resolution.
