Better communication channels

Takealot, please provide proper communication methods not this automated chat service of yours. Can I get an update on my order please, according to the app. My order has 2 statuses, "delivered" and "and not yet shipped" so which one is it? Your live chats do not qualify as live chats because it's an automated service
