Best services, haha what a joke 🤣

I haven't been experiencing their gop service the past few years that I've come to known. The past few years some of my orders were delivered way past the scheduled delivery date, they lost one order as well. But recently I placed some orders with them again and they went well, but now I'm struggling with them again. I missed a delivery on Friday because I was at work. I asked them to change the address to my work address because they did it before once. But they just said no, I'm struggling again with those people over the same order. Looks like they want me to keep missing my delivery because they don't want to be flexible.
