Best return service

I have so far created only two returns ever since I started buying from Takealot which is around 2018 and I must say their return service is amazing and stress free.I dont like doing returns coz I always look forward to getting my product and do get disappointed if something is wrong buts its amazing that am able to do a return quickly

The first return I did required a refund and it was processed after a couple of days ..think 4 or 5 days later and that’s because I paid with Payflex.The second one was a replacement which also took a couple of days , on both scenarios the item was collected from my place.
