Best Online Refund Process in Place!

Usually when I think of refunds, a headache sets on quickly but I was extremely impressed with Takealot. it was a piece of cake! I logged into my account, hit the Returns/ Exchanges button, a list of my purchased products popped up, I selected the one I wanted to return, filled in some basic info regarding the return and clicked submit and got regular sms updates regarding the status, a driver came to collect my product (which needs to be boxed and sealed with your returns reference number written outside of your box), I got further sms updates regarding status and then a notification to say the refund has been processed and my account will be credited with the refund amount within 2 or so days which did happen.
