Benett Read Airfryer

I purchased a Bennett Red Airfryer. On using it for the 1st time the food icons didnt light up. 3 friends came to look and had the same impression. I sent it back through the Somerset West warehouse. Since then I have had 17 emails from 8 different people with no concrete resolution. I would like my money refunded as I can't speak to anyone there. I had a call from Abdul Abrahams yesterday saying he would come back to me at the end of the day, day come and gone no communication, I am at my wits end and dont know what else to do. They just dont care about their clients. What am I to do know having paid out R1500 and no product. Go to the police for theft!!!! I am a pensioner and have a speech impediment which makes it difficult to speak on the phone. Please help.
