Being told product is delivered when in fact it is
I ordered products from [URL Removed] on Monday 14 December 2015. <br> <br> their delivery times are one to two working days meaning it was due to be delivered on Thursday 17 December 2015.<br> <br> It is now Friday 18 December and they notify me that this product has been delivered when in fact it is not delivered. <br> <br> This is bad service.<br> <br> I have already paid for my product and now I am not receiving it.<br> <br> How can you expect people to trust or rely on you again if this is the service they will get.<br> <br> I would like this resolved ASAP.<br> <br>
