Being set previously returned items

Takealot I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received today and last week. Last week I received an item that had clearly been returned to you by someone else. The box was broken and taped together with takealot tape. Today I received yet again an order that had been returned to you. This time, even worse, you packaged it with the pieces of the box the order was returned with, as it clearly states "damaged return to seller," with the previous order number. How disgraceful. The item was then cling wrapped around this broken box. The chair seat cover is ripped and there are no instructions on how to assemble this item. I am disgusted and mortified by this.
