Being Blamed for Poor Quality : Takealot.com

Bought a Tripod on th 25th of November 2023, quality was very weak could not even hold my camera, it would just fall. I logged a return and returned it. To my surprise it was rejected because I opened the box. How would I would I not like a product before I open it.

They are even refusing with my refund
