Purchased a mop and bucket set 349 days ago. Item was in storage. Opened in Jan 2024 when I needed it and found that the mop and bucket was a cheap one and not the one advertised on the box or that I paid for. I paid for a Goldenmarc step and spin mop and bucket set but received an inferior product which was also defective. Takealot is refusing to refund the item or take responsibility for tricking the customer by placing an inferior product in the box passing it off as a superior one. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated but being blocked by the agent who is responding to my emails.
