You used to be the good guys when you were take2 and even before that. It is misleading is you state that things are set to be delivered, if it means that the packages are on their way to the local branch. It smells of bad practice and insincere lies to make yourself look good and efficient.

If you can't keep up with next day deliveries, then don't offer it. You are losing your customer base, Takealot. We are soon going to Amazon; you do realise this. Even now, I get better service from ordering from Amazon, even if it takes a month to get to me.
