Beer goes missing in the supply chain.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered two cases of beer. Big mistake. For the third time only one arrived. Previously they picked up the delivery discrepancy, but not this time. According to their records both were delivered. I queried it, and the second agent that contacted me, assured me it would be rectified. Now nothing is heard from them, and further queries are ignored.
