Been waiting too long for refund

I have never had to complain about Takealot, this is the first time that they've disappointed me, I am left with no choice but to do this, hopefully this will get someone's attention. Firstly, they collected a return on the 9th of June and only process my credit on the 14th of July, a month later. I then requested for a refund into my bank account on the 16th, this normally take 3-5 days, I waited and got no refund. I then realised that I had used my Discovery credit card and we've been moved to Discovery Bank. I sent an email on the 24th explaining this and giving them my banking details once they've checked on their side. No one has responded, I sent another email on the 28th, still nothing. Can someone get back to me please.
