Be warned - never buy from them!!

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for goods last week and was given a delivery date by close of business today (04 December). At 10h30 today I get a message that it will only be delivered tomorrow 05 December. When explaining I am going on holiday very early tomorrow morning on an 8 hour road-trip for the holidays, my request (and subsequent complaint), was disregarded by the branch manager of Somerset West who informed that it would be delivered sometime 05 December whether I liked it or not. I offered to collect, to meet the driver and be part of the solution, but all fell on deaf ears. They said if I didn't like it, I could cancel my order (shocking!). Its the second time this has happened. All I want is the goods and services I paid for!! I've never experienced this with other online shops. Takealot, you are an absolute disgrace but then again, it doesn't look like you really care much about your customers so this post will probably not phase you much.
