BE WARNED!!!

Terrible products and service!!! WHAT A ****!!! Ordered a high-end backpack that was delivered damaged. I requested an exchange and checked to make sure that the product was still in stock. Takealot then decided to decline my exchange request and instead credited my account (despite the product still being in stock but now at a higher price). Customer service simply referred me to their terms and conditions and suggested that I choose a new backpack and pay the full price. What a bunch of greedy sneaky *******! Quick to take your money but seriously lacking customer service and product quality. Suffice to say that I will be demanding a full refund and will never again shop at Takealot! BE WARNED!!
