BE VERY WARY USING TAKEALOT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never been so exhausted with dealing with this company. I don't even want give them 1 star! I am completely hopeless. I spent a fortune in the last few months on Takealot for my business, as I was abroad and trusted their service. However upon my return, there were about 12 items that never arrived and 3 damaged. I know mistakes happen, and this is not the issue. What I had to and still are dealing with next was the worst experience from a so called established company! I was sent around in circles, back and forth and back and forth, every 2nd day for the last 5 weeks, I spoke to a consultant, costing me hundreds of rands in airtime. Then only to be attended to a few days later with no solution and each time a different consultant, with a different excuse! I have most likely been dealing with about 20-25 different agents via email and phonecalls. A lot of the items they list are NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE IN REAL LIFE. ITS VERY DECEIVING. the defective items, and unrealistic items I sent back, takealot keep sending it back to me! Every time there is a different reason. I have completely given up. They were very happy to take my money. There are still items that have not arrived. They still owe me money and ontop I sit with the broken / damaged items that I don't know what to do with.
