BE CAREFULL RETURNS ARE A PROBLEM.

I returned batteries i paid R16 000 for. They currently sell it with a 12 month guarentee. I returned it within 8 months after purchase. They have deleted the guarantee from my profile and now refuse to give an explanation or refund. Every time we contact them they promise to come back but dont. They say they are waiting for and explanation why the details of guarantee was deleted and proofnwhat it actually was
