Ordered an airfryer 19 December 2022. Received disch cloths 3rd January when I collected my order. When I phoned the customer service to explain to them they logged a return. Clearly stating I want an aifryer, and not the money to be credited. After waiting a week and battling with the company to have the incorrect order to be recollected by me. They messaged me to say the item is apparently out of stock and they cannot get it for me. Even though it's still online. Close to a month after purchasing I still dont have my item.
