Be Careful of takealots Service

I purchased two products from Takealot, all was fine and the order was confirmed. After receiving no goods for two weeks i enquired about the order and was told one of the products was cancelled and that I am responsible for the cancellation because Takealots order system failed(I have emails to prove this). I requested that the matter be escalated as i had a order number, I was told that escalation was not possible. I requested details for Management and was told Managements details are not available. Almost a month later , Im yet to receive products, a response or acknowledgement of my follow up emails. Thanks Takealot
