Be careful of takealot

Never Again!!! Bought 2 phones with them over a period of 2 years, 1st phone was faulty, second phone faulty too and gave them a chace to redeem themselves by sending back said second phone with all accessories only to be told by them that their courier did not give in the accessories after returning phone back to be fixed. Takealot kept second phone for 2 weeks and returned it back to me still faulty. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THEM AS A CUSTOMER!!!! Please be cautious when purchasing phones with them. Not only will i be leaving reviews on all reputable platforms, but all my family, friends, colleagues, church buddies - everyone i know will hear just how awful this company's non-existent customer service is!
