Be careful about Takealot

I bought the Hikvision Dash Cam Model AE-DC2019-F6PRO LIKE TAKEALOT ADVERTISED. Now the 1ste time they send me a used and opened before Dash cam u can see the 4 *****s where loosened.But the model is still the cheaper model they keep on sending me with the model number AE-DC5013-F6PRO And all of the items they send me is missing stuff inside they where opened nicely. And the Static stickers is only 1 in the box and takealot.com on there ap says 2x Static stickers. And also they are sitting with the Reverse Cam I also bought and my money the Reverse Cam is also cheap and u can see nothing in the night time when u Reverse I almost Reverse into someone's car. Thats not all I paid for a professional to install the Reverse Cam he had to put the new whire that came withe the Reverse Cam in and he had to cut my license plate holder to fit not just plug and play like they say and not High Performance HD Waterproof cam and it does fog up ass well. But in the app saying it will never fog up and can't see at night. I'm very upset because they costing me unnecessary money for installation again I had to pay to put in and when I went back pay again for removing the Reverse Cam and if they send it one day don't know when I have to pay again for INSTALATION and now Days nobody works for free. And not just that what about my petrol what about my time I'm losing where I had to tell customers of mine I can't help them because I had to take off my work because they send me sms the coming so I'm waiting and waiting and still Waiting for the Reverse Cam it's been 3weeks almost and when u email them they say they will sort it out same day they will phone in 5min or 1h they don't come back to call when I first called the lady im trying to explain to her what happened se raised her voice at met like she is the customer also said it will be sorted out ihave every ones name that I spoke to I have photos and videos of every conversation with Takealot I also told them u guys do record ur calls if she or he don't mind it's fine with them. Same with second lady she throw the phone down in my ear. The other lady also said she wil make sure the right products is ordered and delivered same day. Once again got the sms as well and I told herit must be before 1 because won't give a time for the fun of it after waiting 3weeks try to get the right person to help . But long story short I missed my appointment with a specialist Doctor appointment because of Takealot not even letting me know they not going to deliver my products and even head Office the Poeple at Head office when speak to someone they so eeger to help an u ask them til what time they work thn say 9 or 10 at night u just spoke to him and her20min ago then that person's left for home. Takealot keep on doing like that they are playing for time all of them I can mail they answer u 2to 3 times and then if u follow up they don't answer u in the mails or on what's up ignoring u so they don't worry about the customer and if have everything on Recording like I mentioned and they are going to pay all off my los of income an installation and everything else that's around this matter it is a very simple matter to solve just send me what I paid for but no they rather come wit excuses and excuses. So I can't buy things that I don't even have and that I have is the. Wrong model so if the features of the models are the same bwhy do they make one expensive then the other so then also they must ask cheap or expensive model that does exactly the same features do u still want the expensive one or the cheapest one because they are the same. So I think if it's the same model I would recommend giving back the difference in cash like I always Pay them with no hassle or excuses. But now Takealot don't worry about my losses my vechile is looking up to **** because of there Reverse Cam they phone me and said the don't care if I take it further. They Ali sitting with my money And Reverse Cam the dash cam that came today where opened and how can a brand new Dash cam have hare and finger prints on it. The woman who phoned me now she doesn't care about Customers because they not going to do anything else for all my unnecessary money I had to pay to remove like I mentioned and los of income because of there sms they send to me. An never came after how long of explanation to how many of there Poeple. And I wil recommend think before u buy because they get cross and always have an excuse. Very bad service. They don't sort out ur problems at all. Il also be going to every Social media platforms to make sure everyone knows about it il be closing my Takealot app profile.
