Be aware when returning items Takealot.com

In short. Never had big issues with Takealot when I return an item they accept and refund and I make sure that the item is in perfect condition. The last item I returned I didn't even open the Takealot box. I returned it sealed and unopened. Yesterday I received a Takealot package with the item stating that I broke the seal and they cannot exchange or refund the sunglasses. O .. and the sunglasses was not the pair I ordered these were children's sunglasses. Today I went to the Takealot drop off and returned the item again. Spoke to the person there and he showed me the pic of the sealed Takealot box that I returned. Takealot send me an email they cannot make an acception on this item? Bad service if they can't even check their own systems. We easy to just scan and hand in our returns, but never ask them to sign that they received the return in perfect condition or unopened.
