BE AWARE this company do not value their clients

I cancelled an order with Takealot and was credit R 747.00 at 23:57 on 5 January 2024 someone utilized my credit and bought R 750.00 worth of MTN vouchers by actually adding R 3 from a Credit / Debit card. I called Takealot this morning to report the matter and Robin spoke to the floor supervisor, who told her to inform me that Takealot can't do anything and they accused me of buying the vouchers. I asked again for assistance and they point blank refused. The only people who knew about the credit were the employees of Takealot.
