Be aware of what you receive from takealot!

I bought a box of colour b4 from take alot. They shipped the box of colour remover with no seal on the lid of the box. I logged a return more than a 2 weeks ago. They received it and declined the return because the lid of the box was not sealed. How must I send back a sealed box when the box was send to me without a seal. I have been going back and forth with customer service and even sent pictures of hair colour that I bought from them that came to me without a seal on the boxes. Pathetic service from takealot. They are not even aware of what they are shipping to customers.
