Be aware of dealing with Takealot

I would like to share and warn prospective Takealot customers. I ordered a Samsung 40'' N5300 full HD Smart Led TV on line from Takealot. The advert stated that the TV was in stock. I immediately paid for the TV and a few days later they delivered the TV. I called my TV technician to install the TV. He advised me that the product delivered was not a smart TV. Clearly, Takealot deliberately and *********ly delivered an inferior TV set to me as they did not have stock of the smart TV. After a few attempts, I finally spoke to someone at the call centre who advised that mistakes happen and all they could do is refund me the money. Please be aware of the Takealot sharks.
