BE AWARE... Ebucks as payment method does not work!

For the past few days I've been trying to purchase goods by using Ebucks as the payment method. I enter all the relevant fields as requested but I never receive the OTP so that I can finalize the purchase. I have tried their website as well as the app.

I have purchased on Takealot by using my Ebucks numerous times before and never had a problem.

The goods I want to order is om a massive sale and it is going to cost me thousands more if this is not resolved in time.

Takealot can you please sort this out as it is really unprofessional, especially if you do research and see how many people have been struggling with this exact same problem as mentioned above.
