Be aware before purchasing Synthetic grass from Takealot - meters short delivered!

Please beware of buying synthetic grass from Takealot.com. We bought and paid for 25 meters of grass. Only 10 meters was delivered!!!! As a current school project depended on us to be completed we had to use the 10 meters and could not return. Now, Takealot turns a blind eye and a cold shoulder. Its either return the 10 meters or nothing - no options to assist in any way, no phone calls from the manager as i requested and no more answering any emails. I am very very disappointed.
