Batteries delivered instead of a phone

I bought a phone on the 1st of August and the phone delivered was defective. I then purchased another model and what was delivered was a pack of 12 batteries instead of a phone. It has been collected but I have been left in the dark with regards to the replacement of the phone I ordered.
